PROJECTS

Here are a few projects that I have completed

Over the last few years as a Children's Librarian at St. Gabriel's Catholic school, I have built numerous pathfinders, instructional guides, and comprehensive subject lists for the teacher and student populations. Here are a few of the things that I have been able to share:

While working at Temple Israel's Library, I have made various pathfinders in order to assist the faculty, staff, and patrons of the library.  Sometimes it has come to my attendion that there would be more efficiency in creating a tutorial than trying to describe a process of how to do something, like search a  boolian term for a research subject, or promoting the library online, so I have made tutorials to assist the library staff, or anyone that needs a tutorial for something that I can assist with.

Here is a pathfinder that I made for an educator at Temple Israel with the topic of " a just war"

While working as an intern at Binghamton University, one of my projects was to create a LibBuide for one of the pharmaceutical databases, USP-Nf. Below is a link to that  LibGuide

As I've been working at the Weigle Information Commons at the University of Pennsylvania, I've had the opportunity to teach workshops, manage the social media and publicity for the WIC workshops in general, and interact with students and faculty from across UPenns campus.

Here is a screen-shot of some of the publicity for a few WIC workshops. Coincidentally, I am teaching all three of these workshops.

Here is a blog post that I wrote for two of my workshops relating to content management platforms and free-website creation.

Here is a breif chat session transcript that I had with a UPenn student. Name has been elimiated in order to ensure confidentialy.
